Welcome to EDGE! on this webpage, you will find our onboarding information — everything that will help you be successful as you get started.

Before you get started on site or in the office, please fill out the new hire packet and return it to Campbell Meyer (campbell@edgebuildersutah.com).

A Few Questions You May Have…

  • EDGE employees are paid every two weeks — on the 1st and the 15th of each month. If one of those days falls on a weekend, you will be paid BEFORE that date.

    If you have additional questions about payroll, reach out to Brittany Strasser.

  • At EDGE, salary employees get 10 vacation days and 5 sick days per year. This time does not carry over to the next year if it goes unused.

    Hourly employees may take time off as needed, but need to clear it with their supervisor.

  • The EDGE Office is closed on these holidays:

    New Years Day

    Memorial Day

    4th of July

    Labor Day

    Thanksgiving

    Christmas Day

  • Yes, within certain parameters you will be reimbursed for the miles you drive. For more details, please reach out to Emily or Brittany.

  • Performance reviews will be held after 90 days of employment with EDGE, then annually. If you need a meeting at some other time, please reach out to Tyler to schedule.

  • Health insurance benefits are available to eligible EDGE employees after 30 days of employment. Please talk to Emily or Campbell for coverage details and enrollment information.

  • EDGE offers a SIMPLE IRA similar to a 401(k). Please reach out to Brittany for more details.
